    Important Notice:
    Charges are billed for retrieving messages from the cell phone only. However, depositing and retrieving messages from a land line are free.


    VoiceMail Setup


    Voicemail Box Initialization

    1. Dial #738 (#RET)
    2. When you get the following message, "Your call is being forwarded to an automated voice message system", PRESS # AGAIN.
    3. System will start a brief tutorial on how to setup Voice Mail
    4. You will be prompted for the temporary pass code, which is your mobile number itself (Area Code + Number)
    5. Once the permanent pass code is established, you will then be asked to either choose the standard greeting or record a custom greeting.
    6. Once the greeting is setup, Voicemail Box is active and you are ready to retrieve messages.


    VoiceMail Retreval


    Voicemail Retrieval

    1. Dial #738 (#RET)
    2. When you get the following message, "Your call is being forwarded to an automated voice message system", PRESS # AGAIN.
    3. Call will be connected to your Voicemail box
    4. You will be prompted to enter your pass code. Once the correct pass code is entered you will be able to retrieve messages.


    Roaming


    Roaming You will now be able to make and receive calls while travelling outside your home calling area, but within the Page Plus Cellular Prepay network. As long as the call is picked up by the Page Plus Network, the home rate will apply when roaming. While Roaming, you may experience the following:

    Roaming in a Page Plus Market

    Calls are billed at normal rates: 12¢ per minute to ≈ 5.7¢ per minute.

    Calls completed as usual:
    Enter destination telephone number and press send
    - Or -
    Two – stage dialing will occur as follows:

    1. The destination number is entered and the SEND key is pressed.

    2. You will hear an announcement prompting you to re-enter the destination number.


    Off Page Plus Network Roaming

    Calls are billed at off-network rate: 59¢ per minute.

    Two – Stage dialing will occur as follows:

    1. Destination number is entered and the Send key is pressed

    2. You will be asked to enter your Mobile Number, four-digit passcode, and destination number.

    3. A recording will indicate that you will incur additional roaming charges and have xx minutes available

    4. Call will be connected


    Unregistered Roaming

    Calls are billed at off-network rate: 59¢ per minute.

    1. Dial the number you wish to call 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx, press SEND
    2. You will be routed to the following menu:


        1. Telephone calling card
        2. Collect call
        3. Major credit card
        4. Prepay debit calling card


    If this is a police or medical emergency dial 911 now

    1. Choose option 4
    2. Follow the prompts – enter your 10 digit mobile number
    3. Enter your pin (pass code)
    4. Then it will ask you to dial the number you wish to call again
    5. Enter the number 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx
    6. Call will be connected
